fantastic stay
comfortable bedwater bottlemilk portions
the location is ideal. everything was clean. the bed was comfortable and pillows were great. i liked the refillable water bottle in the room. i could refill it with sparkling or still water from a tap in the hallway.
i found that one day my room was not cleaned. i requested four milk portions for tea and coffee. my request was ignored twice. i had to ask reception for more.

the hotel location is very central. it is tucked down a side street. old town is about a five minute walk away from the hotel. i found this location to be very convenient.

my family stayed in a family room. the room was spacious. Housekeeping made up the room daily. Breakfast included A wide range of options and ALL items were fresh. Location was convenient to cafes and restaurants.
the room was dusty when i arrived. the housekeeping standard wasnt the best. they only made the bed and replaced towels. Floors and the bathroom were not cleaned .

the hotel provided pilates sessions in the garden on saturday. this activity added a unique element to the stay. fudge at reception was A welcoming touch. the hotel offered A bar area close to reception.

the family room featured all the necessary facilities. i Found a kettle along with tea and coffee, inside the room. my Bathroom included A very good shower, which i really liked. the bed was extremely large and comfy.

The room was spacious and the toilet facilities were excellent. A great selection of food was available each day (the pastries were delicious). Staff were helpful.
The housekeeping was not good. Floors were not cleaned. Drinking glasses were not replaced.
